1999-2000 Firstmark Group, Inc: Worked as Project Superintendent, building assisted living facilities. $5-15 million projects
1998-1999 Northwest Management: Project Manager on combined project consisting of residential townhouses and a tenant shell shopping mall that included a 3-story Gold’s Gym and several restaurants. $50 million project
1997-1998 CM Company: Assistant Superintendent on multi-building apartment complex for Inventures Corporation. $14 million project
1996-1997 Colson and Colson: Project Manager on 122-unit retirement residence that consisted of a main building, three cottages, one garden suite and three 6-bay garages.
