The Superintendent will develop utility-scale and rooftop solar power projects for various locations. This position will be responsible for originating and delivering multiple projects, ensuring that the projects are completed on time, on budget and within agreed metrics. The Superintendent will be the single point of accountability of each project he manages. The Superintendent will work within a team of Mechanical and Electrical Foreman and he’ll be responsible for local partner and contractor relations, regulatory affairs, and all aspects of ground and rooftop project development. The Superintendent will also be responsible for the coordination with local city jurisdiction, project delivery, construction, servicing, and commissioning of each project.
„ Examine work on a daily basis to maintain uniformity to corporate Standards, check installation of modular framing for accuracy and quality assurance, and ensure all engineer specifications are properly installed and completed as per City approved plans.
„ Other duties include scheduling and supervising all sub-contractors, all materials and supplies needed, working closely with on-site client representative, and ensuring project is OSHA compliant.
„ Managed multiple 225-500 kw Kohl’s Solar projects along with a 900 kw Solar project at UCI.
