Oversee construction aspect of site scoping in support of final RFDS and final statement of work for new builds, MOD’s. and UMTS upgrades. Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the construction process including A&E related activities and site layout requirements. Coordinate activities and requirements of all other company disciplines related to site construction during the construction process including but not limited to, site acquisition, radio frequency engineering, operations, and zoning personnel requirements.

Conduct site visits following the commencement of site construction (including pre-construction site walks) to verify GC’s compliance with permits, drawings and company and market specifications. Monitor construction for compliance with plans and applicable building codes. Perform work in accordance with Company’s standards, policies and procedures and at the direction of the UMTS P/M or designee, and provide written weekly status reports in company database on all projects assigned in a format acceptable to the company. Attend status meetings and report on the status of all assigned projects. Collection of close-outs from GC’s and review, sweeps, and all required forms, site walks to perform punch items if required. Perform finial site walks after punch items have been addressed. Submit finial close-out documentation for site release.
