Sit as a voting member of source selection board (SSB); ensure that the proposal complies with the RFP, Unified Facility Criteria (UFC), anti-terrorism force protection, physical security, LEED, and other specified requirements. Attend all project and design review meetings and recommend corrective action by discipline in ProjNet/DR CHECKS after each submission ensuring all corrections and changes are complete prior to the final submission from the architect of record.
Conduct a pre-final of the facility ensuring compliance with standards and facilitate a final inspection ensuring punch list items are complete. Submit DoD Form 1354 to real property section.

Assisted the commanding officer in planning, validating, executing, and supervising 25 projects per day assigned by higher headquarters in support of 2 Marine Air Groups, New River Air Station and Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point.
Develop, validate, and submit project scope of works and bill of materials request for all assigned projects for approval. Authored and implemented a project tracking management program for the operations and engineer section.
While serving in Iraq, supervised the development and management of over 30 engineer and heavy equipment projects daily supporting Al Asad Air Base, Iraq. Developed a detailed Project Management Process to be used throughout Al Asad Air Base for all submitted projects.

Marine Forces Reserve Facilites New Orleans, LA
Project manager for Marine Forces Reserve facilities restoration, modernization, and restoration (FSRM) program with a 10 million dollar budget supporting 183 Marine Reserve Training Centers. Developed project scope of work, prioritizing a project list, and developing a backlog of FSRM projects to be executed within current budget and/or with end of year funds.
Utilized expert knowledge of contractual and funding laws and regulations involving all FSRM Projects. Worked closely with the facilities officer and military construction officer in developing FSRM projects to support unfunded military construction projects within military construction laws and regulations.
Successfully managed and tracked all FSRM projects within budget and 100% committed, obligated, and liquidated with no over commitments or unfunded. Executed $26 million of FSRM projects to include 10 whole center repairs and minor construction.

8th Engineer Support Battalion, North Carolina
Supervised the execution of all vertical and horizontal projects assigned to the construction shop and heavy equipment platoon. Planned, budgeted and validated bills of material and designs.
Supervised, reviewed, and approved all designs conducted by the drafting and survey section, submit bill of materials and designs for St Croix New Horizons Humanitarian Project totaling $325,000, and for (6) Pre-Engineered Buildings in support of Camp Lejeune, NC totaling $120,000 and 54,000 sqft.
Engineer officer in charge for New Horizons Humanitarian Project in St Lucia, supervising 60 Marines, constructing and renovating a 40,000sqft community center, school, and medical facilities. Accountable for $20 million dollars of heavy equipment and 112 Marines.
Planned, executed, and supervised the clearing of 10.7 acres of land aboard New River Air Station for future construction projects and supervised the clearing, grubbing, and leveling of unimproved roads in various training areas and EOD range aboard Camp Lejeune, NC.
