Work History:
Master Plumber- Jennings Service Company, Demopolis, AL September 2009 - January 2010
During my employment with JSC I served as Master Plumber. Duties included the lay out, fabricate, assemble and install piping and piping systems. Select type of pipe and related materials according to job specifications the reading of blueprints, the laying out of plumbing for water delivery and sewer drain systems. I also installed industrial kitchen equipment and plumbed natural gas heaters. Was selected to stay and assist the permanent maintenance crew on system modification and warranty repair. Operations Manager- All-Pro Maintenance and More, Dothan, AL December 2002 - August 2008
While employed with M&MI, I successfully held the following positions, Service Tech Supervisor, Maintenance Superintendent, General Manager and Operations Manager. I was promoted to service tech supervisor due to my extensive experience in customer service, plumbing, sewer and drain trade. My ability both in the field, as well as in the office led to other promotions were I gained additional experience in areas such as mechanical maintenance, extended facilities maintenance, programmable controls and wastewater treatment. My other responsibilities included designing preventive maintenance programs and implementation of those programs, monthly reports to the Alabama Department of Environmental Manage and the U.S. EPA. , Purchasing and inventory.

As Service Tech manger for All-Pro Rooter I worked in the field on plumbing, sewer and drain repairs, providing guidance and assistance on service calls beyond the normal scope of repair. I was the primary heavy equipment operator for both back hoe and excavator required jobs. I provided estimates and executed bookkeeping tasks that included, Invoicing, purchase order control, payroll Monthly Report Preparation Worked actively in the field on plumbing, sewer and drain repairs.

As a Service Tech for Roto-Rooter my duties included sewer and drain service calls on both residential and commercial plumbing systems. Located underground plumbing lines using electronic ground penetrating radar. Serviced on-site wastewater systems using pump truck and back-hoe when necessary. Handled customer service issues as well warranty repairs.
