Menard's – Johnson Creek, WI – Remodel – June 2008-present – $2.5 million – on time completion.
Phase I: Remove 500 linear feet of pallet racking and save. Demo 500' of racking slab and remove. Add 15,000 sq. ft. to back lot and pave. Five hundred ft. new racking slab with siding (wood). Excavate 500' access road (curb, gutter, sewer, street lights, and pavement). New guard shack.
Phase II: Remove old guard shack and install temporary fence. Pour footings for poured wall and piers.
Pour piers and column pads for new Garden Center. Erect steel and decking. Install electric, plumbing,
fire sprinkler system, and roofing. Install new siding on Garden Center. New sidewalk, curb and gutter.
Managed all paperwork: SWPPP reports, daily job reports, permits, inspections, materials received.
Field Superintendent
Menard's – Washington, Illinois – New Superstore – May 2007-March 2008 – $8 million – Completed two weeks
ahead of schedule and under budget.
Supervised all aspects of construction from footings to rooftop units. Responsibilities included:
obtain permits, inspections, schedule material delivery, negotiate with trade unions and
trade associations, as well as, management of all paperwork (SWPPP reports, daily job reports, and
weekly job meetings).

Milwaukee General Mitchell Intn'l. Airport - $53 million – Concourse “C†Expansion, C.B. and
#73 Tenant Build Out
Complete demolition of tenant spaces and new build outs for United, American, and Frontier Airlines. Project completed on time. Assisted in the remainder of Concourse “C†Expansion.
Kohl's Dept. Stores: Olathe and Shawnee, KS – $3 million total – On time completions.
Each were nine week, floor to ceiling remodels.
Kohl's Dept. Stores: Kansas City, MO – $12 million total – Completion time of ten and a half months.
Replaced Superintendent and finalized two remodels, as well as, finalized two new Kohl's stores in Liberty and Belton, MO.
Kohl's Dept. Store: Delafield, WI. – $4 million total – On time completion.
Demolition of shoe store adjacent to Kohl's. Shore up two 100'x20' block walls, remove walls, install steel, removed shoring, complete finish and fixturing of 24,000 sq. ft.
WE Energies: Racine, WI – $800,000 total – On time completion.
Excavate and erect 130'x90' garage for pole and line repair trucks.
