Guided the activities of as many as 1500 employees and subcontractors while delivering the projects primarily through subcontractors. Worked with a team of professionals to build a 2000 room World-Class hotel along with a 470,000 sq. ft. Convention Center. Directed safety, quality control, scheduling/scheduling, manpower, installation and constructing of facilities in this $850 Million project and infrastructure. Successfully directed over 2000 subcontractors within budget and extreme time constraints. LEED Gold project.

Took over this $7.5 Million project in the construction of approximately 35,000 sq. ft. of buildings, parking space and easements as well as the, installation of utilities. Directed all safety, cleanliness, manpower and scheduling/sequencing. Successfully moved the project from a status of 6 weeks behind schedule to approximately three weeks ahead of schedule. LEED Silver project.
