home warranty, quality controls, customer satisfaction, sales staff criteria, permit
processing, forward planning, project management, purchasing and budgets.
In addition I was held accountable and responsible for the management “start to finishâ€
of the “OFF-SITES†on numerous projects where the improvements were not previously
completed. My field educated credits include; Mass and Rough grading well over
Twenty Million yds., “Miles†of Sewer, Water, RCP and CIP Storm Drain pipe
installations, coinciding Street Improvements Curb and Gutter, Paving and Dry Public
Utilities.
Expertise and experienced in the construction of Sewer and Water Lift Stations, Parks,
Geo-Grid, Verdura, ProtoII retaining and perimeter conventional block walls,
Landscaping of Slopes, Street Scapes, HOA, LMD areas, detention basins etc.
