• Burnham Harbor- Chicago Park District, $7,000,000 project involved removing existing boat docks including existing concrete, plumbing and electrical systems. Installed new floating wood docks with pipe pile supports, sheet piling retaining wall with a tie back dead man support system, Also installed were complete electrical and plumbing systems, concrete side walks, asphalt paving and landscaping
• 54th Avenue Shop Addition- Chicago Transit Authority, $6,000,000 addition to an existing railcar maintenance facility installing the following- concrete foundations, railroad tracks, car hoists, bridge crane, wheel trueing machine, turntables, electrical and heating system upgrades plumbing systems, site utilities. Selective demolition of existing facilities was also required
• Cook County Sengstacke Clinic/Provident Hospital Renovation, $4,200,000 project consisted of completely gutting out the interior of a 4 story building and installing new plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. The roof was replaced, an elevator installed and a complete build out of the interior was completed. The hospital involved 9 floors of selective interior upgrades including wood doors, finish hardware, acoustical ceilings, ceramic tile, drywall and painting
• Control Room -Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, $2,800,000 project included demolition of existing floor spaces and the installation of a state-of -the-art control system for the Chicago Locks, Deep Tunnel project and weather radar. Included were the use of terrazzo, curved glass, curved stainless steel ceilings and work control stations. The renovation of an office area with drywall, metal stud framing, carpeting, acoustical ceilings, mechanical and electrical system upgrades, furniture and work stations
