For the last ten years as Jobsite Construction Superintendant working with all trades in many US States & Canada, building commercial retail projects; I’ve supervised all areas of construction, in-ground work, read/interpret blueprints, worked with Building Department Officials to obtain permits, evaluated and coordinated workers and Sub-contractors, managed projects on site, met construction deadlines, held Safety Meetings, and got the job done per directives, budgets, and time frames.

Experienced with excavation, foundation & slab, demolition, electrical, mechanical/HVAC, plumbing, framing, drywall, exterior finishes, flooring, estimating, sprinklers, fire alarm, signs, glass, painting, and maintenance, and Punch List work. Held various construction jobs in commercial, industrial, and residential construction, school, ground-up, tilt-up, slip form, condominiums, warehouses, private homes, television and movie set construction. I have Quality Control inspector, union and non-union carpenter experience, previously General Contractor Class “A†licensed for Residential, Commercial & Industrial (Colorado); responsible for all phases of construction and Safety, annual contract with Canadian Military (Peterson, Co. AFB) and building contract with U.S. Army (Ft. Carson, Co.); was a welding fabrication job shop worker (BAAB Steel and Joy Manufacturing), Craig, Colo. Power Plant, ambulance driver, ranching work, nationwide OTR, and local, trucking, concrete delivery. I served with U.S. Department of the Interior (Philadelphia, Pa.) – Draftsman working on President’s homes.
Military: United States Navy – joined reserves 1962; active duty 1963-1967 Shipfitter / Pipefitter & Draftsman, E-4, Honorable Discharge 1968.
Education: Graduate Builders Course for Comm. & Res. HBA Members, (University of Colorado, Colorado Springs): Certified Paralegal 4.0 GPA (U. So. Co. - Pueblo); completed OSHA-10, refresher online CPR course, and online First Aid course.
