• Architect’s office representative on site; worked in close coordination with the General Contractor’s Project Manager and Site Superintendent to assure that projects were completed to the clients specifications in conjunction with the construction schedule and the budget.
• Schedule and mediated owner/general contractor site meetings including the monthly draw meetings, attended sub-contractor’s on site meetings, also performed weekly or bi-weekly site observation visits plus produced reports that included progress photos
• Reviewed of all submittals and shop drawings; processed and answered the contractor’s Request for Information (RFI’s), produced and distributed Addendums, Architect’s Supplemental Instructions (ASI’s), Construction Change Directives (CCD’s)
• Reviewed and signed the monthly contractor’s draw request; reviewed / produced / modified and signed change orders.
• Review construction documents for compliance to clients scope of work and specifications, accessibility compliance, fair housing/HUD building code, and zoning codes
• Project architect for elderly independent and assisted living apartments, multi-family communities, group homes, new construction and adaptive reuse.
• Researcher/coordinator for National Historic Registration nomination submittals and tax credit applications to the State Historic Preservation Office
