This involved the continued coordination with the store to insure the customer safety and store satisfaction while construction activities took place with out delay. This remodel took place with little to no interruption to the stores multiple operating systems, power supplies and or customer access to product.

• On all projects: Planned and scheduled the project start-up meeting with Civil Engineer, City Planning and Zoning and insure all the pertinent and required permits were obtained.
• Planned and coordinated all final inspections with City and Wal-Mart Architects and Engineers and completed and punch-lists with in 30 days from project turn-over.
