Qualifications Over 30 years of engineering experience, with concentration as Construction Resident Representative for water and wastewater. My project experience includes construction of sewer districts, pumping stations, water storage tanks, water distribution systems, water treatment plants, infiltration/inflow removal and low-pressure sanitary sewers with project values to 14.5 million dollars.
In addition I have been responsible for the preparation of daily reports, payment estimates, change orders, balancing change orders, SRF reimbursement requests, plant start-ups and project closeouts.
