Remodel of a 1928 Hollywood Hills Home for Richard Plotkin. Ground up restoration including structural rehabilitation, re-leveling of the house, installation of caissons and grade beams, plus structural steel reinforcement on 50 degree hillside culminating with an entire interior and exterior remodel updating the house to the latest technological advancements. Brought an old ‘28 home into the modern world much to the owner’s satisfaction.
