The projects I led have been uniformly successful. But each project is just the tip of an enormous iceberg of supporting finances, strategies, negotiations and other organizational processes I have mastered. I am prepared to bring this broad spectrum of skills to you as your next Construction Manager.
By applying multiple project management, financial, analytical and team leadership skills, I have enabled construction companies and operative users to achieve ambitious scheduling, cost containment and profitability goals despite the many obstacles every project encounters.
I achieved $3.1M in profit, well beyond the $2M anticipated from a $13.7M construction project budget. On another occasion, I transformed a construction audit department from simple accounting into a project forecasting early warning system that proved highly effective in avoiding problems.
From authoring major process improvement plans and breaking through organizational performance barriers, to elevating productivity and adding to the bottom line, my professional history represents a broad spectrum of capabilities critical to the cost effective construction management needed today.
My experience is augmented by my BS in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University. My intent is to secure a pivotal management position with a company looking to quickly achieve greater success.
