Provided construction management services to developers of large mixed use projects including retail centers, residential condominium/multi-family and commercial projects. Activities included design coordination/management, preconstruction value engineering and management, and construction oversight services. Primary role was to manage scope, time, costs and quality consistent with the project’s program.

Responsibilities included management of construction department staff and construction activities. Projects primarily consisted of commercial construction, tenant improvements, mixed use projects, public works, schools, light industrial and telecommunications facilities.

Duties consisted of complete control of construction and design phases of project development. Responsibilities included project estimating, architect and engineer selection, project design, entitlements, permitting and contractor/subcontractor selection. Activities included control of all bidding, contract negotiations, construction supervision, contract administration, scheduling as well as tenant improvement coordination.
