• Westin Waterfront Hotel, Boston: Senior Project Manger on the 200,000 SF, $13.8M construction of new Ballrooms, Meeting rooms & Exhibition Center. This project included complex structural work for a vertical expansion, complete mechanical system installation, multi level escalators, and a full service catering kitchen. The aggressive 20 week schedule was completed on time while the hotel was at full occupancy.
• 100 Hancock Street Parking Garage, Quincy: Senior Project Manager on the construction of a new 360 space, $6.8M parking garage. A pre-cast structure built on a logistically challenging site. The scope of the project included a new storm drainage system and an extensive landscaping package.
• Wellington Management, Boston & Marlboro: Successfully negotiated and managed multiple projects for Wellington Management from 2004 to 2007. Average annual sales volume ranged from $8M to $9M. Projects consisted of “High End†corporate fit-outs and infrastructure upgrades ranging from $25K to $4M.
• Hilton Hotel Fitness Center, Boston: Managed the complete renovation of the fitness center at the Back Bay Hilton. The project value was $4.1M and was completed on a fast track schedule overcoming challenges posed by extreme weather conditions.
• CMGI Field, Foxboro: Project Manager on the vehicle maintenance facility for the New England Patriots, Foxboro MA. This 5000 SF pre-engineered steel building included specialty equipment required to maintain vehicles and grounds keeping equipment
• Multiple Interior Projects, Greater Boston Area: Managed numerous interior build-out projects ranging from $100K to $5M.
• Kaplan School, Charlestown: Conversion of abandoned warehouse space to a new facility for Kaplan Schools. Approximately 40,000 SF with a value of $3M. Work included new mechanical systems, interior slabs, storefront, roof and complete interior build-out of executive offices, classrooms and labs.
