I have been involved in a variety of projects, including Industrial sites, Heavy Civil, Sub-divisions and Vertical construction. My experience also includes managing private, federal, state, municipal and quasi-governmental projects, including overseeing the necessary paperwork for publicly funded grants and regulatory-controlled industries.
I have a strong background in scheduling and estimating, including the creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and development of schedules and budget data.
Hands-on experience with P3 – P6,Timberline, Suretrack, Primavera Project Planner, Expedition, SAP, AutoCAD, Harddollar, MS Project Software, MS Office applications and Lotus Notes .
My most recent assignment was as a civil/structural/architectural coordinator for the Lurgi / Panda Energy Ethanol Plant Project located in Hereford, Texas.

Lurgi / Panda Energy Ethanol Plant Project located in Hereford, Texas.
Civil / Structural / Architectural Coordinator for 100 mmgy plus facility that will replace 2.4 million gallons of imported gasoline per year. The plant will convert 100 million pounds of cattle manure into bio gas that will be used to power the facility. Coordination for this project included management of the civil infrastructure (utilities, roadways, rail facilities), Structural steel erection, and architectural coordination of 17 buildings (ranging from five story shell over industrial equipment to Computer control building and Lab, to Administration building with high-end interior build out).($260 Mil.)
El Sobrante Landfill, Corona, California
Construction of Cell 9A and partial final closure of Units 1-6. ($30 Mil.)
SFA, High Country Training Center Phase, Frisco, Colorado

The project included 19th Ave. to 7th Ave.; 7th Ave. to 7th St. and 7th St. to 18 St. This project area is a major downtown throughway. The scope of each contract was approximately one mile in length and included roadway expansion, storm drain system, irrigation system and renovation to the existing water and sanitary sewer facilities.

Surveying, plating, grading, roadway, drainage, utilities, associated facilities, permit processing, CC & R’s and construction management for the Desert Mountain Subdivision.
Traffic Circulation Plan, NAS Lemoore, Lemoore, California
Phase I was to evaluate and prepare a written report for the CNP and identify potential traffic circulation problems within the administration area at Naval Air Station Lemoore. Phase II was to analysis the potential traffic problems, including LOS for signalized and non-signalized intersections, road width and lane capacities, prepare recommendations and present the recommendations to WESTNAVFACENGCOM.
