MOST CURRENT JOB DESCRIPTION: The CM has total responsibility for the project/s success from its earliest conception through turnover to the owner, the main point of contact for the Owner and the Contractor. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Manage, coordinate and oversee all facets of preconstruction and construction services for multiple projects including plan, organize, direct and report project management activities including updates and progress reports to upper management. Responsible for all aspects of contract compliance.
• Point of contact for Owner and Architect providing progress, schedule, budget updates on a regular basis.
• Advise, consult and recommend action on all potentially critical issues vital to the Owner or Architect.
• Preconstruction Services include, recommending bidding strategies, constructability reviews, budgeting and estimates, development of bid coverage strategies, scopes of work, bid documents and project schedule, execute bid process, bid evaluation and recommendation for awards.
• Construction Services include performance and or monitoring of day to day contract administration, safety compliance. Manage, assist, train, mentor and coordinate construction teams.
