As a C.M., managed educational projects including the supervision of employees on multi-building educational project and currently manage multiple $30,000,000 -$35,000,000 projects simultaneously.
1994 - 1995: Senior Site Project Manager for multi-million dollar fast tracked Outlet Mall near Indianapolis, Indiana for a previous employer (Irmscher, Inc.).
1992 – 1994: Pursued freelance construction management and consulting opportunities. Traveled to Eastern Russia to organize the start-up of a 300 room hotel; coordinated and shipped a complete design / build Brewery project to Angola, Africa; worked on the design / development of two outlet malls in Texas; and completed another Virgin Islands project, a pier and warehouse facility for Marine Spill Response Corporation of Washington, D.C.
1985 - 1992: Senior Project Manager for a General Contractor (Irmscher, Inc.) with offices in Indiana and Illinois. Responsible for managing projects of my own and coordinating the workloads of all other project managers. Managed the general conditions contract for G.M.’s $500,000,000 automotive plant; helped design and build the first true auto-mall in the mid-west; helped negotiate and build the first Japanese manufacturing facility in Indiana. On-site Senior Project Manager / Supervisor of sixty employees for an Island project in St. Croix, USVI, the rebuilding of Hess Oil’s refinery after hurricane Hugo.
1984 – 1985: Director of Construction / Building Division of a major resort development in the Caribbean (Stouffer's Virgin Grand Beach Hotel - St. Thomas, USVI) supervising eleven employees comprising the building division. Formulated a plan and negotiated all contracts to acquire all need materials from the States and foreign countries in a timely manner. Managed all transportation, warehousing, distributions and communications for the project.

MILITARY EXPERIENCE
United States Army. U. S. Army Artillery and Missile School (Graduated with honors) – Pershing nuclear missile system. Instructor and team supervisor in a security sensitive position requiring top secret, atomic, and cosmic clearances. Test fired live missile. Obtained the rank of Specialist Fifth Class before my honorable discharge.
