1998-2005 President of WDNSON Contractors Keller, Tx Commercial and residential remolding and construction. Duties were running day to day management of office, all bidding of work ,payroll and supervision of crews.
1980-1997 Supervisor/Manager of Village Shopping Center as contractor for Ames Department store, a large Northeastern company, was the anchor tenant. Responsible for maintenance of buildings, grounds and all subcontracting, including bidding. Primary contact for new tenants and any issues with exisiting renters.
During this time I would also often run a crew of as many as fifteen employees involved with building custom homes, remodeling and light commercial construction.
