Listed are multi-million dollar project experiences that include several and high-rises. I have managed each phase of the construction process from underground and site preparation to the completion of the building. Projects are completed on time, I have an excellent safety record and OSHA 10 certification.
Earth retention, excavation and caissons are my specialties. In addition, renovations, tenant build-outs, schools, sports facilities, senior housing, retail projects and demolition/remediation procedures are other principal talents.

Construction included completion of three different retail stores resulting 66,000 (Bed, Bath, and Beyond) 10,000 (Fitness Warehouse) and 7,000 (GAP) square feet of customer service areas. Coordinated activities of carpenters, plumbers, pipe fitters, sprinkler fitters, roofers, laborers, concrete finishers, brick/block/stone masons, electricians, iron workers, sheet metals workers and elevator installation personnel.
Duties included employee and construction scheduling. Observed all safety. No OSHA citations were issued. Project completed as scheduled. No personnel were injured nor grievances filed.

Installed kitchen appliances such as hoods, exhaust systems and dishwashers. Constructed kitchen work stations and sink backsplashes. Area of expertise included welding, fitting, machinery, dial indication of pumps and motors and couplings (flex, falk) overhead cranes, rigging and cable work, conveyors metal, rubber, idlers, pulleys and all types of machinery.
