• Refined hiring - interviewing - and training skills, significantly, from major hands-on hiring activity.
• Formulated an Operations Plan for managing all of the production and financial needs, and for directing all of the profit & loss (P&L) accountability, monthly and annually.

• Managed up to 47 professional machine-production personnel, plus purchasing and all warehousing such as, shipping & receiving, and massive inventory management, producing over 1,500 different SKUs.
• Responsible for all shop-production, at 6-Division Production Facilities, throughout the Western States.
• Developed strong skill for interfacing with numerous vendors/suppliers, and for purchasing details.
• Conceived of, and introduced the company’s─first ever─Direct Buyer Program, setting up direct-buying with several vendors, domestic and internationally.
• Achieved a dynamic, 2-year stimulation, a collective 31% growth, in profitability, from introducing and implementing the Direct Buyer Program.
BRANCH MANAGER
Sacramento, CA 2002 - 2004
• Supervised a team of 11-sales, administrative and service staff for managing the sales and administrative functions, that included scheduling, delivery/transportation, and all bookkeeping/accounting functions.
• Initiated a unique, new Mentoring Program, for training the sales force, which was highly successful and literally turned around this under performing branch, within the first 14-months of implementation.
