KEY PROJECTS:
Field Superintendent - Construction Superintendent for Sewon. Work closely with city officials for inspections of project during construction to meet city and state standards. Involved in field changes and schedule of project and establish location of different contractors working areas to avoid conflicts. Completed project ahead of schedule. Ten (10) months duration of 490,000 square feet facility included was 26,000 sq. ft. office.
CLIENT: Sewon Manufacturing, La Grange, GA
Field Superintendent - In charge of stamping plant for KIA Motors. Tracked man-hours, cost and schedule daily. Worked with Korean counterpart to ensure project installed per drawing and state codes.
CLIENT: KIA Motors, West Point, GA
Field Superintendent- Established schedule for new Engine Plant expansion and worked closely with Honda and contractor to keep expansion on schedule. Checked construction project daily and established punch lists for project at 60% complete and final punch lists for Honda and involved in client requested change orders.
CLIENT: Honda Motors, Lincoln, AL
Construction Contracts Manager - Coordinated the Construction Installation for new transmission expansion. Per-purchased all required equipment, worked with sub-contractors to resolve issues to avoid any project completion delays. Involved with union contractors . Worked sub contractors 24/7 for 11/2 months to get contract back to schedule.
CLIENT: Honda Manufacturing, Russell's Point, OH
Superintendent - Managed for two EMS facilities. Weekly progress meetings, subcontract coordinating, tracking material and equipment schedules.
CLIENT: INCO, Inc., Florence, SC
Mechanical Superintendent - Supervised new 135 bed hospital. Scheduled all
mechanical activities. Ordered material, controlled budget and oversaw safely for 85
mechanical people on project. Tracked change orders and any additional work involved in
project.
CLIENT: Southeastern Medical Center, Lumberton, NC
Mechanical Project Manager - Managed for five Kemet plants. Discussed expansions with Kemet officials and provided expansion cost, schedule and manhours, pre-purchased equipment for new projects as needed.

Mechanical Construction Coordinator - Coordinated new and existing facilities
expansions. Oversaw construction and completion of projects within budget. Expansion
included piping, HVAC and fire protecting. Involved in change orders and client
turnover.
