All US Navy /Government work experience listed below includes 3 phases of Quality Control Management, derived from site drawings/specifications of each contract and task order. All work performed/directed, accomplished under safety guidelines of EM 385-1-1 dated, November 2003, OSHA Safety Standards and Regulations. All projects brought in under budget and within time specified within contract.
Investigated site specifics pertaining to pre-demolition/pre-construction (where applicable) activities, including, Transportation and Disposal, select landfills, safe removal in accordance with EPA/OSHA Regulations, the following: Lead, Mercury, PCB’s, oils, lubricants, Transformers, Fluorescent Lights, contaminated soils, (where applicable).
Conducted competitive bid selection of subcontractors (where applicable), land surveying to mark out underground utilities, (installation and/or termination), site development activities, (where applicable), selected certified test lab for all materials specified in contract, and coordinated all subcontractor and in-house demolition activities.
Developed all Site Specific Plans, in binder format, including, Health and Safety, Demolition, Waste Management, Recycling, Lead Abatement, Fluorescent Light Removal, C&D Transportation and Disposal, Activity Hazard Analysis, Schedule of Values, Monthly Invoice, Weekly Safety Meeting, Testing, and Test Plan Logs, Sampling documents, and all Submittals per contract/task order specifications.
Identification of asbestos, lead, PCB, Mercury and all hazardous materials used in construction
Reclamation of building materials, including concrete, brick, specialty wood, non ferrous metals, and structural steel.
Developed and maintained during course of each project, As Built Drawings as pertained to production of work.

1) Project Manager, for Design-Built 175 space asphalt based parking lot.
This project included, site development, installation of overhead lighting, designed landscaping, various/selective islands, construct adjacent 100 year storm-water retention pond that also included, application of specified grass seed for erosion control and installation of 100 foot concrete flume to direct rain water to flow into St Johns River inlet. All subcontractors selected for project, were required to meet certain qualifications, and were selected based upon Workman Compensation/Safety records, Level of Insurance, and price.
Location: Naval Air Station, Jacksonville, Florida. Contract cost: $698,000
2) Project Manager, for Demolition of outdated, former, F-14 Aircraft Hangar. (LP-4)
This project included, Area of demolition consisted of 109,000 square feet of 6†depth concrete floor slab, foundations and piling, and removal of site utilities back to points of connection, and all incidental pre-demolition activities. The hangar consisted of steel framed with concrete block vertical support. All concrete was machine reduced and subsequently crushed for use as base for eventual replacement of airfield pavement. Contract also included installation of perimeter chain linked fencing with sliding vehicle gate, and designated area used for parking, to include installation of space lines and handicapped signage.

3) Project Manager, of Demolition of former Naval Galley and adjacent Enlisted Personnel Night Club.
Structure consisted of 2 story A-Frame, kitchen, dining area, and night club facilities. Structure was primarily red brick with wood vertical support, and half story concrete foundation and pilings. Contract also consisted of site development for eventual parking lot for adjacent enlisted on base housing.

4) Project Manager of Demolition of former Church annex building and Naval Hobby Shop.
Project consisted of 1 story all wood structure, minimal concrete foundation, site development for eventual Naval personnel park and recreation. All material designated as C&D.
Location: Naval Operations Base, Norfolk, Virginia. Cost: $47,000
Naval Hobby Shop consisted primarily of combination steel and concrete structural support. Nine (9) open bays for personal vehicle maintenance to include sampling of concrete for environmental hazards such as oils, lubricants and petroleum products. Disconnect and removal of underground air compressor system, including 1000 gallon diesel fuel UST.

5) Project Manager of Demolition of outdated former, F-14 Aircraft hangar, similar to that of LP-4
This hangar (designated as LP-3) was situated directly on the airfield tarmac and required extensive safety controls/ practices to ensure debris remained within specific areas of demolition.
This task order consisted of demolishing 109,000 square feet of 6†depth concrete slab flooring, foundation and pilings. Contract required site development, installation of airfield 4†pavement, perimeter of chain link fence and sliding vehicle gate, parking line/spaces and handicapped signage.

Structural Demolition of Corning Television Screen Plant.
Contract consisted of building separation, followed by the complete demolition to include removal of all environmental issues per EPA standards and requirements. Total area of demolition: 210,000 square feet, 3 stories, and several smoke stacked chimneys.

Project Manager/Coordinator
Coordinated and managed, plant decommissioning and subsequent structural demolition of Bethlehem Tool and Die, Corp that included administration of all required documents for the city of Easton, the owner of the property, the regional Department of Environmental Protection and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Contracted consisted of demolition and asbestos removal/remediation of 14 structures located on 300 acres, which consisted of the removal of concrete slab flooring, foundations and pilings, Lead and PCB contamination remediation, preparation of steel for recycling, UST removal, transportation and disposal, all wastes, and C&D. Concrete later reduced using machine then subsequently crushed for eventual base for parking lot. (Area eventually became Home Depot/Grocery Store based shopping center)
Contract also consisted of demolition of 4 block area of residential homes and Volkswagen new car dealership.
