Areas of
Effectiveness
• Developed and implemented system to maintain and track a large company-wide inventory of survey equipment among foreman and project management.
• Analyzed and evaluated company’s aggregate stockpile loss problem. Created and implemented system of GPS surveying of aggregate stockpiles at 7 asphalt plants and several recycling sites, on a monthly basis, measuring inventory more frequently and more accurately, resulting in reliable control of inventory quantities.
• Researched and evaluated solutions to increase productivity. Integrated GPS to greatly reduce field time and increase accuracy, resulting in greater productivity and reduced costs for stockpile inventory and large scale jobs.
• Created, developed, and directed Kids1st, an employee volunteer program in which employees and their families are encouraged and enabled to be involved in company sponsored community volunteer projects focused mainly on the youth in our community.
