Byrne/Green Façade Repairs – Philadelphia Pa
25 Million Complete Façade removal and restoration with over 1 million bricks replaced and an added roof replacement project over the Courthouse Building. I was the Assistant Project Manager responsible for tenant coordination, processing submittals, RFI’s, change order preparation and tracking, led the GC team quality control system hold point inspection process involving over 6,500 hold point inspections. As a basic requirement for working in a Government owned facility I have obtained GSA clearance, FBI clearance, and FPS clearance to travel without escort within tenant spaces of the Philadelphia courthouse, Judges Chambers, and department units.
Hotel Sofitel Philadelphia – Philadelphia, Pa
48 Million of extensive renovations and additions to convert a 13 story computer center into a 4 star hotel with 2 levels of underground parking in addition to 13 stories added above. The project was completed with in 10 months from receipt of 90% document release. As the Assistant Project Manager I was responsible to generate and prepare all project related documentation, meeting minutes of all meetings, processed submittals, RFI’s, prepared all change orders both internal and external, conducted all subcontractor meetings, coordination meetings, and facilitated all MEP coordination. – This project was a GMP with a Lump Sum General Conditions Contract Agreement.

The building was approximately the size of 6 football fields connected end to end in the shape of a ring. My areas of responsibility included management and coordination for bid package divisions for carpentry, drywall, millwork, specialties and kitchens.
