Role assumed is de facto deputy General Manager supported by a team of zone project managers.

ï¶ Awarded Top 10 best designed building in Xiamen in 1996 with Xiamen United Overseas Bank Building, a US$50 millions mixed use commercial/ hospitality project.
BUDGET AND COST MANAGEMENT
ï¶ Successful completion of Singapore Management University significantly under budget (exceeding 10%), within the agreed time frame and to global standard & benchmarks far exceeding the client’s expectation. Project was completed during the downturn brought about by the dotcom bust of 2000.

This project was awarded the top 10 best-designed building in Xiamen in 1996. The project has since been converted in 2005 to 394-rooms Sofitel Plaza.
