ROBINSON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, Hopkinsville, KY 2005 – 2007

• Supervised $1.2M Negotiated Cumberland Scrap Processors Project, a design-build contract for all associated site work, concrete work, and new entries for a 20,000 sq.ft. pre-engineered building and CMU Baler Building.
• Guided the $1.3M Competitive bid HES Network Operations Center for Hopkinsville Electric System, beginning as lead estimator, and evolving into Project Manager for a new 4,000 sq.ft building.
• Negotiated time and material agreement to provide support to the Siemer Milling maintenance crew, including the completion of various rehabilitation projects.
• Managed $1.4M Negotiated Maintainer Corporation Project, a design-build contract for achieving spec building’s 100% compliance with present building codes, 8,000 sq.ft. of office finishes, new paving, storm and sanitary sewer, electrical, equipment and site work.

• Managed $160,000 Negotiated Summit Tech Loading Dock Project for Townsend Capital, entailing the installation of a raised concrete loading dock in an existing building.
• Headed $150,000 Negotiated American Century Generator Enclosure Project, a design-build contract for a pre-cast enclosure to support new Data Center.

• Managed $22M Aventis Pharmaceuticals Packaging Project, a design-build/construction management project for additional packaging machines and conveyors.
• Oversaw $750,000 Negotiated CMSU Relocation Project, a build out of 10,000 sq.ft classroom and office space, which was successfully completed within tight budget and time restraints.
• Headed $1.2M Negotiated Plastic Enterprises Phase I Packaging Project, a design-build contract involving relocation of existing Injection Mold Machines, Printers and supporting utilities, as well build of two 12,000 sq.ft. Mezzanines.
• Guided $7.1M AT&T Tenant Improvements Project, a design-build contract with extensive demolition of existing 180,000 sq.ft. Clean Room Area for conversion to Office Space.
• Directed $1.0M Competitive Bid Aventis Pharmaceuticals Building C Elevator Addition, a design-build contract for two elevators installed in existing building.
• Managed $400,000 Negotiated Aventis Pharmaceuticals Packaging Holiday Project, the first phase to the more recent Packaging Project, which was completed in only eight days.
• Supervised $4.2M Competitive Bid Thomson Barn Conference Center Project for the City of Lenexa, KS, which was a historical restoration/conversation of barn built in the 1930’s to Convention and Conference Center.
• Coordinated $950,000 Negotiated Lab One Data Center – Summit Technology Center Project, entailing Fast Track Tenant Improvements to 45,000 sq.ft. office space including 3,000 sq.ft. Data Room.
