City Creek WP7 Key Bank Tower and Food Court- Skin Superintendant for the Key Bank tower remodel. In charge of exterior activities related to skin, demo, structural steel, roofing, flashing, landscaping, flatwork, etc. Working closely with the Architects FFKR, ZGF, and the building envelope consultant Morrison Hershfield to resolve several issues related to the remodel.
Utah Museum of Natural History- Started temporary facilities, Grading and infrastructure for the project.
Project Engineer
Duties: Finish Superintendent on a 194 unit high rise (26 story) residential condo project. Ran finish meetings, wrote 3 week schedules, following up on progress, doing schedule status with the scheduler on the building, creating and resolving start to finish RFI’s, FWD’s, PCO’s, CCD’s, CO’s, etc. Creating deficiency list and Punch list, quality control and various other documentation. Worked closely with the General Superintendent to wrap up the structural work (post tension concrete), worked on roof top mechanical systems, TCO and plans. Worked with the Senior Project Manager and Vice President with various other responsibilities, attending coordination meetings, reviewing and negotiating cost and payment issues with subcontractors, helping set up contracts, creating formal letters and responding to claims, etc. Met with the architect and owner to resolve issues and give updates on the project on a regular basis. Closed out subcontractors and reconciled their accounts and billings. Worked with the building Envelope Consultant Morrison Hershfield. I was also the lead on all mold related issues and concerns. I was put in charge of the entire projects punch list at closeout with the A/E.
Projects: Washington Square Phase I, Wasatch Developments $170 Million project in Bellevue, Washington; high rise residential condo and mixed use project.

Duties: Managing land acquisition and evaluating land deals for single family, Multi-family and mixed use projects. Evaluating the project for profitability, Doing due diligence reports, Ball park estimates, Preparing budget pro-forma’s for the banks and lenders, Sending out bid invitations, Evaluating and comparing bids, Writing construction contracts, Awarding the contracts, Projecting cash flows, Analyzing the budgets, helping set prices for the homes in the project and developing new product. Wrote and maintained the master project schedules and tracked the construction processes. Built over 50 Homes at Gold Medallion as a Superintendant. Worked with concrete, wood framing, electrical, drywall, Installed windows, doors, interior finish work, low voltage, excavation work, heavy equipment operation, etc.

Duties: Built 300 homes while at Richmond, Managed up to 60 homes at one time in three different subdivisions. Engineer Tech II, Surveyor II, Construction Inspector
Duties: Drafting and design of residential subdivisions, water, irrigation, grading, takeoff calculations for civil cost analysis, worked on the survey crew using GPS and total station, staking buildings and homes, roads, highways, new subdivisions, topos, as-builts, etc. I was the sewer water inspector for Stansbury Sewer District and inspected new subdivisions and sewer and water connections, following the plans and APWA standards. Also recorded and drew the as-built drawings for the subdivisions.
