• 2007 to 2008 - Supervised the completion of the Chandler Hensley Budweiser Distribution Center, a $36 million dollar project, part of a two superintendent team, to build a fast track 15-month project. This major project included supervision of 22 subcontractors and over 100 workers daily. Scope included over 200 concrete tilt panels, 26 acres of civil work and parking canopy structures. The Distribution Center included 2 insulated tilt box buildings, 270,000 sq ft consolidated refrigerant warehouse, and 110,000 sq ft consolidated refrigerant warehouse, refrigerant compressor room, battery room, and 60,000 sq ft 2 story concrete tilt panel office complex. Also included was the TI build out, 80,009 sq ft tilt panel building, with a fully functional mechanic garage. This job came in on time and on budget and with zero injuries. The team received 4 letters of recommendation from owner and architect.
• 2006 – 3 individual M&I banks from the ground up.
• 2005 – 12,500 sq ft masonry RV storage building and a 28,000 sq ft masonry design-build shell building.
