- Construction Field Manager III and Land Development Manager
Supervised the completion of (108) condominium units with price tag of ($350/ Square Foot) and the completion of twenty-five million dollars of infrastructure on The Hollows at Lake Travis, a 1,400 master- planned community. This project won the “2008 Master-Planned Community of the Year Award†given by The Austin Business Journal.
Responsibilities Included:
- Scheduling and coordination of all subcontractors, vendors, and inspection agencies and completed weekly activity schedule updates to project management
- Quality control over all aspects of construction which included the turnover of condominium units to the Owners. (47 of 108 units) were signed off by Owners with zero punch lists items, which is unprecedented in this business.
- Adherence to all OSHA standards and compliance with SWPPP
- Drawing interpretation and the generation of clarification requests to project management group and design consultants
- Oversaw all weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and was active participant in all development meetings of the project.

accelerated schedule with JPI starting with unit completion to overseeing full field operations

I supervised fifteen pipe fitters in the installation of fire protection systems in multi-family construction in strict adherence with NFPA standards. Job responsibilities also included material take-offs for material control purposes and daily production reporting to company office. I was the chief contact for the company with the local fire departments during all aspects of the inspection process.
