My name is Anthony K. Quach and would like to briefly express my interest in employment with your company and state my qualifications and background. Since my graduation in 2004, I have been working in the fields of residential and commercial construction developing my skills in various areas of construction like subcontract management, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, safety, estimating, and dispute resolution. Most recently I have completed a 28-million-dollar independent senior living facility in Tucson, Arizona, for which I was the onsite project manager. I am currently seeking the employ of a General Construction Company for a position in Project Management. In addition to my university education and experience, I am young, highly motivated, and very adaptive. I have lived in Phoenix my entire life and am familiar with the city, as well as comfortable in its unique environment. My career goals are simple, I seek to increase my knowledge and expertise as a Managing Constructor and thereby my status with whomever I am employed. Simply put, I am looking to utilize my skills, education and experience to the benefit of your company. I hope that you will consider me for a position within your company, as I believe that I can be a true asset.
Sincerely,
