Wrote the subcontract Statement of Need (SON) for sealed bid submittal on the $3 million Consolidated Incineration Facility (CIF) DOE 5480 Compliant Certified Nuclear Training Program. Reviewed subcontract proposals and selected the qualified subcontractor, then provided direct management oversight during the development and implementation of the training program.
Provided continuing training support for management and engineering personnel utilizing both in-house training and outsourced providers. Prepared and managed a yearly training budget in excess of $2 million and conducted performance appraisals for management and professional staff.
SPECIAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS ... Coordinated with local state universities (South Carolina and Georgia) and out of state educational institutions to develop and implement undergraduate programs in the areas of Nuclear Science and Waste Management.
