• Tilt up retail stores 25,000 to 40,000 square foot projects ground up to completion 110 work day schedule. Residential homes completed 75 day schedule with 2 model homes punched on a 45 day schedule.
• Recognized for superior problem solving – management – strategic planning skills while building professional relationships with subcontractors, owners, Architects, engineers, governmental agencies, PM’s and staff.
• Experienced in overseeing multiple construction projects – multiple subcontractors - preparing agenda, schedules, holding job progress meetings with all parties to coordinate project progress distributing minutes to all parties.
• Oversight of inspection processes for large and small scale buildings, infrastructure, structural steel, masonry, concrete and foundation reinforcement with extensive observation of all construction trades inclusive of framing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage and fire protection.
• Fully knowledgeable and competent in the means, processes and methods needed to be successfully aggressive in the scheduling of on time completion for commercial and residential projects, new and remodel.
• Strong knowledge with ability to read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, contracts and scopes of work, billing procedures and purchase orders. Computer literate experience with Microsoft Word, Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Project software. Able to communicate in Spanish to get the job done.
