Employment • From; Nov.’99 to Jul.’08 Progressive Interiors Waconia, MN
While with Progressive, I blossomed to working foreman for one of the largest projects the company had taken. My duties while the Wells Fargo project foreman; communicate and offer problem solutions harmoniously with other trades, time management, track man hours for payroll, project layout, enforce security protocol, confirm receive and sign manifest work orders, delegate work for 14 employees. The job was finished 6-weeks early with modification requests implemented and completed without overtime hours.

• From; Aug.’98 to Nov.’99 B&B office Burnsville, MN
B&B was a young company when I gained employment there. More of a family ran business they had built. As a tight knit environment every effort was appreciated to help the prosperity of the company. As a new leader at B&B I helped to reestablish soured business ties with a major client Fischer Rosemont and continued an excellent report and production ethic and ran jobs independently. I was also called upon to join a committee to develop and refine methods of procedure. My ideas where accepted and implemented from committee.
• From; Jan.’99 to Apr.’99 Taylor Made Mpls., MN
• From; Jul.’95 to Sept.’98 Custom Liquidators St.Anthony, MN
A new entrepreneurial business! Its function was to Liquidate business hard goods and turn them into something new and profitable. As a developing young mind at the time I filled the position well. Designing layouts of office spaces and fixing product flaws so they would be reusable in a new atmosphere. Much credit to this experience for its ecological minded influence on me and for the extraordinary call for skill and adaption. Since leaving I have kept a relationship with Doug Borne and the business has grown very profitable for him!
• From; Apr.’93 to Jul.’95 HCI Columbia Hts./ Osseo
This company was involved in hotel renovations, new hotel interior installs, and other business liquidations. Only a couple years out of high school, and ready to use the skills I had gained through childhood working with my father and in high school woodshop. Soon I was tackling new detailed jobs and gaining experience that I would be applying through the rest of my career as a masterfully skilled tradesman.
