• Worked with State of Michigan DEQ officials, City Planning Commission, City Council, City & County Engineers, and all inspectors to obtain all permits and approvals required before, during, and after all phases of development
• Managed and coordinated all aspects of estimating the project including storm installation, grading, and plantings/seeding
