Co- developed a 16 lot Equestrian Subdivision. Managed million dollar a year construction co. Prepared
construction and sales contracts, negotiated final price, prepared budget, estimated costs, implemented job cost accounting procedures with quick books. Developed web page to market homes. Acted as on site sales agent and builder. Built and sold a total of 8 homes ranging in size from $300,000 to $400,000. We were able to sell high end homes and outperform realtors in the area in a difficult location.

Coordinated and scheduled all construction activities on four multi million dollar homes in Miami, FL.
Resolved all construction issues caused by a multitude of major changes made to the original drawings
which included moving kitchens, bathrooms and adding rooms, and changing the complete interior
layout with total disregard to structural or design elements. These homes were all concrete structures
elevated slabs and pylon construction. Houses included a 14 million dollar mansion on San Marcos, a 5
million dollar home on Dilido Island, a third home on San Marco Island valued at 3.5 million. Another
project was a historical renovation of an apartment complex in the Art Deco district of South Beach.

Superintendent Football Stadium , Elementary School
Full field responsibility for 8 million dollar renovation project at the Clemson Football Stadium. Added 8
concession stands and brick pavers , stadium steps and new exterior. Coordinated and Scheduled
subcontractors. Supervised 15 form carpenters who built forms for steps and pavers for self-performed
concrete work. Project was two months behind schedule when I took over job with two months left before first football game. Project ended up finishing last day of contract and first football game was played on schedule
avoiding $150,000 in damages for missing the scheduled game and $10,000 liquidated damage per day
late.

1999 SCHERER GROUP Clearwater, FL Superintendent Multi-Family
Supervised the construction of a $2 million dollar apartment complex in a harsh inspections environment.
Saved another contractor in Clearwater thousands of dollars in consulting fees by building a multifamily
project in the same difficult area. This company had failed on two different projects to pass their inspections with this building inspector Was able to complete project ahead of schedule and under budget although the dimensions on the rooms were wrong and plumber wanted to walk during underground process. Owner of company came personally to thank me for leading the plumbers in the underground.

Full field responsibility and project management duties on a three million dollar jail pod addition in
McDonough, GA. Budgetary compliance, subcontractor procurement, subcontract negotiations, scope
writing, handled and processed all submittals from job trailer. Client and architect representative. Attended
commissioner's meetings on behalf of company. Coordinated and scheduled all trade activity and material
procurement. Assisted plumbers and electricians with layout during underground work. Ensured all imbed
placements for jail doors and cell fixtures.

In South Bend Indiana was promoted from assistant to full superintendent after taking over the Varsity
Club (a $5M Timeshare/Hotel) near completion during a 100 yr. storm which flooded the building and the
whole block. My handling of the crisis earned my promotion from assistant superintendent to full
superintendent.

Homewood Suites, Clearwater FL a motel for the Promus Group, approx. 5.2 million dollar project.
Supervised the construction from the ground up. Project was a prototypical design of galvanized structural
metal studs and TJI floor joists. Very complicated structural drawings and difficult framing due to 4
different gauge of metals used in the walls. *We succeeded in finishing project on time within our budget
although three other projects almost identical were unsuccessful in Arizona, New Orleans, and Va.

Assisted project manager with four Fairfield Inn projects in N.C. and one Brighton Gardens Assisted Living
in Va. Beach. Performed buyout, tracked purchase orders and submittals. Solicited bids from suppliers and

EDUCATION: BA degree University of Georgia, JD/MBA completed 90 graduate hours GA State.
