Removal of concrete plank roofing of Count Basie Theater, installation of new Qdeck and new commercial roofing. All done without closing down the theater.
Total demolition of existing 3-story building leaving exterior shell due to landmark status. Underpinning existing foundation walls and extending existing basement 5’ deeper. Rebuilding interior of building with new steel work with the option of adding three (3) additional floors at a later date.
2003 to 2006 McGowan Builders, Inc. N. Bergen, NJ

 C.O. was received after a one year project for Philips Electronics which consisted of building a 166,000 sq. ft. warehouse at a cost of approximately $12,000,000. With massive site work including new roads, new drainage systems, new wells for domestic and fire system, new pumping stations and an additional 250,000 gallon water tank with an approximate cost of another $12,000,000 raising the project cost to $24,000,000.
Fall of 2005: Supervised the face lift of Rockaway Convenience
Center in Rockaway, NJ.
Supervised a 2 story addition to United Parcel Service Center in
Raritan, NJ. That project was 88,000 sq ft with a cost of $8,000,000.

 Worked for IDI Construction Co, 520 8th Ave, NYC overseeing office space and commercial stores consisting of total demolition to complete renovations. Work consisted of supervising all trades from demolition to final punch list. Many jobs throughout the five year period were for S.L. Green realty, remodeling many of their commercial office spaces throughout lower and midtown Manhattan. Also worked on renovations for many retail stores. Also supervised some high-end office spaces on Madison Avenue and 5th Avenue as well as some high-end commercial banks such as Banco Ithau at 540 Madison Avenue and Montauk Credit Union Bank on W. 26th St. Also worked on various commercial stores located in New Jersey as well as penthouses on 5th Ave and Park Ave, NYC.
