Prepared and approved change orders for construction, testing, and surveying contracts. Standardized the procedures for the review of construction invoices, including cross check system to verify actual contract costs and change order pricing. Reviewed and approved construction invoices before final approval by the Vice Presidents. Standardized format and improved methods of cost reporting and change orders, creating consistent reporting throughout, as part of the newly integrated SAP system.
