Successfully completed the Mechanical portion for a $4 Billion Gas Receiving and Treatment Units, as well as all the Interconnecting Pipe Racks, servicing two (2) Offshore Mobil Oil Platforms in Scotland, UK.
Helped in the orchestration of the Mechanical portion of the Up-Grade of the Emerald Oil Platform, with the use of construction work packages for the Mechanical and Piping systems, including the enhancement of the Drilling Rig into a Production/Refining Platform for Arco on the North East Coast of Scotland, UK.
Supervised completion of the $650M GTG Plant, constructing 78 Modules built in Japan for shipment to New Zealand, for Mobil. Oversaw Inspection of Mech/Piping systems for a $400M Seawater Treatment Barge for Arco, built in Korea and shipped to the North Slope, US.

Projects consisted of up-grades of Sub-Stations to convert 4Kv to 13.8Kv utilities systems for the Towns of Bridgeport and New Haven in CT.
BMW Constructors/BP, Construction Manager. 2007 to2008
Demolished two large oil storage tanks and associated piping for the addition of two new Coker Drums, and changed out various vessels, drums, compressor and various pumps, to take the extra capacity, located at BP’s Whiting Refinery in Indiana.
Delta-T Corp. Construction Project Manager. 2006 to 2007
Worked with engineering to develop construction work packages, supervised the construction of a $100M, 40MM gals a year Ethanol Plant on the plains of Nebraska.
Chevron/PTS. Construction Company Rep. 2004 to 2006
Oversaw contractors on behalf of Chevron at their El Segundo refinery in CA. Work included, Heavy Crude Unit, Coker Unit, up-grade of the 850lb steam system running between all units, re-build of a wooden cooling tower damaged by fire, also monitored off-site fabricator in providing structural steel for their 6H2S project.
Fuel Cell Energy Inc. Construction Project Manager. 2002 to 2004
Provided construction development and installation of the first commercially viable megawatt Fuel Cells and skid mounted process units. 1.5Mw unit installed in Washington State and a 3Mw unit in Indiana. Assisted engineering in all aspects of design development, and aided in the development of construction work packages for bidding.
Buck Construction Corp. Construction Project Manager 1999 to 2002
Spearheaded the development and completion of construction on commercial projects, also a Wastewater treatment plant and two Chemical Treatment Pumping Stations for the Utica Water Board. Led two DOT projects in the installation of bridges over the New York Thru-way at Utica, encompassing the development of work schedules, Union labor supervision, and ensuring compliance with state procedures and standards.

Directed projects for Sunoco Oil from development to Construction and start-up, two major projects $55M and $60M. Two Co-Generation projects, 20Mw Gas to Electric and a 10Mw Steam to Electric. Responsible for a total of 32 Union Sub-Contractors, worked with Fluor Daniel Engineering to aid in constructability.

Supervised the operations of 13 Union Sub-Contractors in the construction of $85M worth of up-grades to various units at Sunoco Oil Refineries in the PA area. Covering the construction on the up-grade of an existing 20Mw Co-Generation unit, Steam to Electric.

Worked on the installation of metal pre-engineered buildings, and monitored construction on the construction of piping modules, followed land transportation from Edmonton Alberta with final installation at Syncrude, Fort McMurray.
Completed the installation 12 Steam Generators for Esso, worked the shutdown for Chevron at Cold Lake, and also supervised Union labor for vessel modifications at the Genesse Power’s Plant outside Edmonton, Alberta.

Worked on providing piping designs ranging from $10K to $2M, duties included construction installation, engineering and start-up assistance. Work on the piping inspection for the Fluor Daniel designed Palletizer.
