• Tripled monthly billing from $80,000 to $240,000 due to insight in productivity, crew allotment, and the addition of work through foresight and client relations.
• Managed 20 craft and 8 staff to implement construction packages and maintain quality control.

Exeter Energy, Sterling, CT • Civil & Mechanical Management
Onsite from groundbreaking through start up, commissioning and operations of this 26 MW $100mm tire to energy non-utility generator power plant.
• Advised DEP on wetlands, endangered species and historical structures impact. Interfaced with local officials on construction impact on streets. Held discussions at town meetings with citizens over plant operations.
• Assisted in design, tendering, awarding and supervision of over $250,000 worth of capital projects.
