Evaluated subcontractor bids and developed guaranteed maximum price proposal to the Owner.
Assisted Project Manager with the planning and daily execution of the construction project. Responsible for maintaining project documents, tracking materials, and coordination of construction activities. Also directly responsible for managing the following scopes of work: material testing, miscellaneous metals, millwork, caulking, roofing, signage, overhead coiling doors, accordion folding partitions, and miscellaneous specialties. Coordinated work with other divisions such as electrical & concrete.

Coordinated with the owner, subcontractors, and facility maintenance to address and resolve warranty request and schedule owner training.
