• Projects included, two high rise towers containing 250 units and 9 town homes. A three tower project of 2-28 story towers and a 30 story tower containing 600 units and 19,000 sq. ft. commercial operation at grade. Total construction value approx. $300m.
• Responsible for liaison with the design consultants and site crews as well as design reviews prior to construction start, reporting to the CEO.

• Land Development and Building Company produced over 1400 residential and commercial lots and homes in Alberta including 1800 units in Australia.
• Managed total affairs of the corporation due to long periods of absence by senior partners.

• Reported to the CEO while managing the $65M retrofit and additions including a 5 story parkade to the facility, whilst the hospital was fully operational.
• Also responsible for direction of the support division which included the maintenance, power plant, housekeeping, and security departments with a budget of $4.3M.

• Responsible for management of the design build division of Bell Canada North and East Ontario. Two year contract in Saudi Arabia.
• Major projects include Place Bell in Ottawa (a 30-story office tower with 11 story parkade, 700,000 square ft).
• 140 housing units for families and 3 -11 story apartment buildings for Bell personnel in Saudi Arabia.
• Major work centers and office buildings in Ontario
• Led the energy conservation team for all Bell Canada buildings in north and west Ontario.
