From 1989 to the current date I have been hired by other contractors and home owners to run and project manage their construction projects. The scope of this work includes, the writing of job scopes, contracts, getting in bids, selecting subcontractors, the day to day scheduling of the entire project, overseeing the job on a daily basis, solving construction problems, interacting with client and architect, approving invoices, and helping to keep the jobs on budget and on schedule. I have done work for Arya Design Group, Amir Construction, Ashley Construction, Sandorf Building, M. Chow Design Group, Grenhill Development, Talisse Building Corp., and Simmonds Builders. I have been privileged to work on homes for clients like Jeffery Katzenberg, Blake Edwards, Dustin Hoffman, Jackie Collins, Steve Fortner, Donald Petrie, Haim Saban, and Mr. Michael Chow. My experience in custom residential construction is highly documented.
For the past 18 years I have been working as a project manager / superintendent for other contractors and home owners on high end custom homes from 5,000 square feet to 33,000 square feet. I've established a reputation for getting jobs done in a timely manner while maintaining the highest level of quality. I work
fairly, but firmly with subcontractors and always put the interest of my employer and the client as the top priority.
