Below are some of my accomplishments at Siemens:
• Grew mechanical services from non-existent to a major player with over one million dollars in annual service contracts on mechanical services alone.
• Estimated, sold, and project managed many equipment and controls replacement and retrofit projects. Managed subcontractors as needed for many of the larger projects assigned to me. I averaged over one million dollars yearly in retrofit, quoted, and T&M projects. Examples of some of the types of equipment replaced or retrofitted included in the jobs I sold and managed include: chillers, boilers, hot water heaters, cooling towers, roof-top units, spilt systems, air handler units, exhaust fans, VAV and constant volume boxes, pneumatic controls, and DDC controls.
