Supervised 2-3 man survey crew, coordinated multiple crews on large projects and insured that company protocol and proper survey techniques were applied to all the jobs under my supervision. I trained multiple rodmen, instrument operators and junior crew chiefs. I recorded and organized field notes and sketches, maintained billing folders for contract work, assisted in the bidding process of contract work, screened construction plans for errors and recommended effective solutions, and completed all aspects of construction stakeout quickly, efficiently, and accurately. I also represented the Construction Services department in weekly meetings with clients and contractors, and passed on the information from these meetings to appropriate personnel.
