* Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, MO- 17 story office building, 5 story garage, and single story vehicle inspection facility. Duties included: pre-construction services, constructability reviews and full project manager responsibility of subcontractors for stone, precast, indoor shooting range and other miscellaneous scopes of work.
* 8th and Madison Road Improvements- 3 block street renovation which included demolition, utility relocations, paving and lighting package. Duties included: full project manager responsibility of pre-construction, construction, and post-construction activities.
* Intervet Production Facility Expansion Phase 1- 30,000 sq. ft. metal building shell, and surrounding site work. Duties included: initiation of project, management of subcontractors, coordination and correspondence of project, material procurement, management of budget and project close-out.
* Jefferson City Correctional Facility- managing the construction of an 86,000 sq. ft. central support building of a 19 building prison campus. This building consisted of medical and educational rooms, gymnasiums, weight rooms, cafeterias and kitchen. Duties included: design coordination, management of subcontractors, assisting in quality control program, budget, management and processing of changes.
* SYSCO Foods of Oklahoma- 240,000 S.F. design build food warehouse with centralized office space and a 44,000 sq. ft. truck maintenance facility. Duties included: resolution of design issues, field safety coordinator, processing of changes, assisting in review of submittals, field coordination with owner, assisting in field layout, various other tasks including project close-out.
