Straticon specializes on converting high rise rentals to condominiums in southern Florida. I served as Project Manager for an Asbestos Abatement & Mold Remediation Project on a 17 story building in Hollywood, Fl after the 2005 Hurricane season.

CR Klewin Inc. (E & F Walsh), Fairfield, CT
CR Klewin served as the Construction Manager for the Dormitory Authority of New York at Queens College. Served as Project Manager for two contracts covering 15 buildings with a value of 7.5 million dollars. The work included asbestos abatement, window replacement, roof replacement, curtain walls, concrete walkways, restoration of concrete and masonry facades, restoration of grounds and other emergency work that occurred. Responsibilities included: Review of all payment requisitions: respond to Requests for Information and overseeing all submittals. Conduct all coordination meetings, maintain RFI and submittal logs and update the project schedule using Primavera Expedition.

Exterior Masonry Restoration and Interior Construction Company. Provided sales, management and supervision of all exterior and interior restoration projects. Estimated all of the exterior projects along with purchase of materials and subcontractors.

Served as Executive Vice-President of Roofing, Waterproofing, Sheet Metal and Masonry Restoration Company. Responsible for overall management of the company and all projects for family held Restoration Company. Responsible for all projects, from inception to final acceptance. Achieved a 300% increase in sales and increased in house labor from 12 in 1976 to 150 in 1982. Established masonry repair and restoration department. Designed and monitored a complete Maintenance Department. Obtained NYC Special Riggers License in 1983 and instituted rigging classes for all scaffolding employees. I was responsible for project setup, management and completion.
