Over 25 years of successful Managerial & Craft experience in the multiple phases of construction. Directed Construction Projects with values to 3.5 billion dollars. Responsibilities included Management and Administrator of Contracts, Scheduling, Cost & Quality Control, Craft Employee Supervision; Surveyor Layout, Heavy Equipment Operation and Safety Management.
Contract assignments have included: 7 Premiere High Rise Hospitality-Residential & Gaming complexes, 8 Commercial & University buildings, 2 Hydro Electric Generating Projects, 6 Nuclear Power Generating Facilities, 7 Heavy civil and Bridge projects, 3 Aerospace facilities, and 12 U.S. and foreign Military facilities.

Senior Superintendent
Supervised and monitored the construction of major segments of 36 construction projects; Encompassing: Premiere high rise hospitality & gaming, commercial, major civil, highway & bridge construction, and tactical military facilities with contract values up to 2.8 billion dollars. Duties included project contracts administration, design build engineering over-site, scheduling, cost control, craft employee supervision, subcontract employee oversight and management of site safety programs.
Tudor/Perini Corporation- Framingham, MA. 4/1993 to 1/2005 & 12/2008 to 4/2009
General Superintendent-Responsible for supervising the construction of 42 story high rise residential building to completion; in Miami, Fl. Duties included project scheduling, cost control, craft employee supervision & subcontractor oversight and management of the site safety program.

Superintendent-Responsible for supervising the construction of two premiere high rise residential buildings, in Sarasota FL. Duties included project scheduling, cost control, craft employee supervision & subcontractor oversight and management of the site safety program.

Safety & Risk Manager- Boeing 777 High bay construction project-Everett WA. Responsible for the creation and supervision of the safety program on the 400 million dollar expansion of the premier aircraft production facility in the United States.

RELATED CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE:
Supervised up to 40 heavy equipment operator's and safety personnel. Employees under direct supervision operated Mobil cranes with capacities of up to 500 tons and earth working units for the construction of roadways and bridge spans. Directed survey parties, which conducted site layout, QC actives and as built documentation. Personally operated heavy equipment units and preformed survey party chief and Instrument person responsibilities. Project participated in included: The Washington public power supply system nuclear reactors 1, 2, & 4, and U.S. DOE Hanford WA facilities.

Heavy equipment supervisor-Navel Mobil Construction Battalions 18, 27, & 14 ("C.B's"). Currently supervise and train over 50 heavy equipment operators and mechanics. Directed the operation of Assembly, inspection, certification and transportation of over 400 pieces of United States Military heavy equipment to multiple locations within the countries of Kuwait, Iraq, for operation Iraq Freedom II; when recalled to active duty in 2004.
